摘要
本次设计是针对天津市采油厂生产指挥中心扩建工程进行施工组织设计和施工图预算，主要包括：单位工程施工组织设计、施工图预算、施工方案、施工进度计划、施工准备工作计划、资源需用量计划等。
本工程为整体框架结构，地上七层，局部八层，建筑占地面积为700.1 m2。总建筑面积为4774.33 m2。构件均为现浇钢筋混凝土，屋面采用刚柔结合防水，柔性防水为防水卷材及1.5厚三元乙丙防水层。屋面保温采用XPS泡沫塑料板上做刚性防水层。基础采用梁板式筏型基础。
地下部分外墙采用MU10红砖，M5混合砂浆砌筑。内墙采用MU15混凝土空心砌块，M10混合砂浆砌筑。地面以上外墙体为300厚陶粒空心砌块，M5混合砂浆砌筑。内墙为200厚陶粒空心砌块，及部分100厚隔墙。

Abstract
