A Study on Zaha Hadid's Ideas of Architecture and The Architectural PracticeAbst r actThe English female architect Zaha Hadid is one of the youngest architects towin Pritzker Architecture Prize and she is also the first female architect who hasobtained this great honor.She applied the idea of art successfully to architecturalpractice,and created unique architectural language,obtained prominent achievement.In these works,she has realized a building's deep concern to human through emphasisthe relations between the building and the city and emphasis the adaptation of themodern architecture space and the times.At the same time we can perceive theprosperous feeling of the time from her animated creativity and a brand-newunderstanding of building space.This thesis includes five chapters in three parts:the first part (Chapter One)presents how the topic was chosen,the purpose and significance,the content andmethod of study.The second part (Chapter Two and Chapter Three)first (Chapter Two)discusses the background of her view of design method process be formed andprogressed,and her experience bring the idle of design,then(Chapter Three)discuss therelationship between urban and architecture ,landscape and architecture and thecharacter of space to expatiate incorporation of the idle of Hadid design method.Thethird part (Chapter Four to Chapter Five)discusses the incorporation of the idle ofHadid design in tow ways.One is the tact of her design;another is the representation ofher design.At the end of the thesis,the author draws the conclusion on the successfulfactors of Hadid.And then the author summarizes the effects of the inspiration andreferential value of her thoughts and practice on architectural education and practice inChina.Keywords:Hadid,Russian Avant-Gardes Art,works of architecture,Ideas of architecture,methods of designI理筑素前网ZC.E7
